So yesterday during astronomy some RI people came over. Talked to them, they were alright. Not very interesting though. Saw the Lagoon Nebula, M4, Venus, Centaurus and Saturn. Sky was a bit cloudy at times. Some people thought the ISS flew past, but apparently it wasn't the ISS. So before that there was PE and english and stuff. Nothing of interest happened then. Besides the fact that Sean has managed to get Mr. Yuen's face onto Nyan cat and the chinese currency. I would post a picture if I had it, but I don't so you'll probably have to wait until it goes onto the confessions page.
Pixel Kingdom is such a fun game. Whee I like the blockyness or the pixellyness of it.
Spelling bee is on Monday. Just looking through the dictionary for some last minute revision. Probably shouldn't be worrying about that. Spelling actually isn't that difficult if you read a lot of stuff. Representing my class. Would have gotten in last year but a classmate beat me to it. And ended up being unable to spell "coup". Seriously listen to the BBC people. You'll learn fast.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH MASTERING PHYSICS?!

JUST WTF...

Because 1250 is TOTALLY a 2 significant figures number. Haha. (If you can see the image. If you can't, go buy some spectacles and come back when you're done.)

On a lighter note, we will get back our Da Vinci quiz tomorrow. I wonder what Mr. Yuen thought of 'Newton's 1st law'.

Nothing of interest happened today. Interestingly Chong Wen has now started playing SCP containment breach. Which is a scary game with lots of scary things that will kill you. Most of the time. The rest of the time you just spend running around dark rooms and opening doors and running away from the things that want to kill you.
Year 1s and 2s had their house meetings today. Probably nothing interesting happened. Chemistry test on Thursday. Should start revising. Need to write a lot more when answering questions apparently.
So besides that I changed phones. My old phone isn't holding itself together anymore. Oh well. Been with me for around 4 years. Time to let it go I suppose. Although now all my songs are on my iPod nano only. And my new phone doesn't have 3G. Parents won't let me have that, so I can only use it at home and in school. Although messaging people is a lot easier.

So today we went to the Sisters Islands and saw some stuff. It was ok. My binoculars worked perfectly. I could see Pleiades and Orion. And a lot of other stuff. Also they showed us a lot of interesting stuff like snails and corals and anemones. We took some pictures. And walked around and got sand in our shoes which was really nasty and then we went and washed and ate some stuff. Apparently sea grapes taste salty. I didn't try them. Anyway yesterday we went to RI for the astronight thingymajig. Was alright. Talked to some people from outside NUS High. They seemed rather nice. Also had a look at Saturn, Venus and the Ring nebula.
After the marine biology field trip I went to Orchard and had a nice lunch and went looking for stuff in Kinokuniya. Quite nice. Unfortunately I want to buy the 50th Anniversary  Dr. Who books but I didn't have the money. I also wanted the Dalek handbook. It shows you how to ride them. Probably should have taken some free moon cake samples along the way but I forgot. Darn. I like the ones with lotus paste inside them. Preferably without the salted egg but I can deal with that.

Going to RI tomorrow for some astronomy stuff. Urgh have to wake up at 3 a.m. on Saturday and go to school. Should go to sleep now.

No Glen, you shall not narrate my life. Mostly because you'd be putting me out of a job. Also because I really don't want my life to be narrated by your voice. And also because you miss out a lot of the bits. And also because I really just don't like it, and if you try to do that one more time I might just pluck out our molars. And premolars. Hell why stop at that I'll take your canines and incisors too.

So today is E-Learning day, while yesterday was a school holiday. Went to Javier's house to do the economics project. We're doing it on Nokia. His house has a nice glass office. Javier has some really unhappy fish. They always shake their head at him like he's doing something wrong, and they always get stuck in a corner of his fish tank. Which wasn't there the last time I visited. His dog wasn't there either when we visited yesterday. Got my binoculars yesterday. They're huge. They also supplied me with a Swiss Army Knife that really is made in China. I broke the reusable toothpick (ew) when I was bending it back into shape. I suppose the rest of it works, so I'll probably bring it around all the time. After going to Javier's house I had to go to another friend's house to do the chemistry project. That went really fast. Really fast like basically we just finished most of the filming in 40 minutes. Then I went back home and did some more homework. Whee that was for yesterday.

Doing physics E-Learning now. Finished the chemistry and english ones earlier. Actually I'm reading cracked.com OHMYGODWHATHAVETHEYDONETOTHEPAGELOOKATALLTHOSECUDDLYANIMALSSQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Besides that, still doing physics E-Learning.
